ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
1.Cancellations Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled or changed only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it will be delivered to the specified address as per the order details. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.
2. Return Policy
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for men's underwear once the packaging has been opened. This policy is clearly stated on our product pages, at checkout, and in this document.
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number,
- A detailed description of the issue,
- Clear photographs of the item(s).
Our team will review your case promptly and, if approved, provide instructions for a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If we reject or cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any applicable shipping fees, within 5 business days of cancellation. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
