Chief Technology Officer (100%, remote)
As Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the vision and implementation of the Company's tech and data roadmap in close collaboration with the two co-founders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and expanding the global tech+data team of full-stack, front-end developers and UX/UI designers
- Designing client-side and server-side architecture
- Hands-on coding
- Closely working together with the co-founders and Department Heads to ideate and develop software solutions, e.g. live streaming, the Company's ContributionReward program, machine learning algorithms
- Working with data scientists and analysts to improve software and the business
This is an expanding, global role.

Chief Revenue Officer (100%, remote)
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution on further scaling the company’s revenue and will work closely with a team to help you achieve that. Your goal will be to drive traffic that converts and relentlessly optimize the customer lifetime value across all channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving ambitious revenue growth targets across all channels
- Generating relevant traffic and first conversion through TBô webshop, landing pages and direct communication channels
- Closely work with Community Marketing Director and his team to drive and support repeat purchases along customer journey
- Drive and optimize existing revenue sources and develop new revenue sources
- Manage marketing budget across all channels
This is an expanding, global role in which you will be reporting directly to one of the co-founders.

Merchandiser (50%, remote)
Do you get stuff done? Are you data driven, love textiles and like to work precisely?
As Merchandiser, you will support the Head of Product & Supply Chain to further enhance product development, production and demand planning as TBô grows and expands.
Areas of work include new product development, sourcing, demand planning and supply chain.
This is a global role in which you will be reporting directly to the Head of Product & Supply Chain. We love the freedom of an entrepreneurial environment and are looking for a like-minded self-starter and precise collaborator to further establish a completely new way of co-creating innovative products with TBô’s global community, expanding the demand-driven manufacturing program and optimizing the global set-up.

Data Analyst (50-100%, remote)
As the first DirectByConsumer business, we are a data company.
In this role, you will define data analysis approaches and bring these models to production to understand and improve crucial parts of the business based on big data sets on big datasets – translating 400,000 consumers' behaviors
to actionable recommendations - from across our tech stack (Shopify, ActiveCampaign, Facebook, Google, Quantcast, etc.) using data science techniques.
In close collaboration with the co-founders, you will build dynamic statistical models to optimize the customer journey and internal processes.
Performance Marketing Specialist - Social Media (80-100%, remote)
You will manage, test and optimize the campaigns on social media.
We are looking for a performance driven paid traffic person with a problem solving mindset.

We are looking for a PPC Manager to run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets.
In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers.
